On behalf of a landowner Halletec successfully identified and proved an estimated 6.5mt+ sand and gravel deposit in the South West, then succeeded in getting it allocated in the recently adopted Minerals Local Plan. In late summer of 2020, we brought the site to market obtaining for the landowner a number of highly competitive bids for an option and lease. The next step will be for the successful bidder to take the project forward to obtain planning permission. In the expectation the application will be successful the landowner is likely to benefit from a significant long-term income.
