We also undertake biodiversity surveys and prepare biodiversity action plans which are designed to assess existing character and can be used as a management tool to maintain and enhance land ranging from small sites to large landholdings.

Many planning authorities are also demanding contaminated soils surveys at the planning application stage either prior to granting approval or as a condition attached to the consent certificate.
