Location: North Shropshire, United Kingdom
Duties
The management and delivery of professional services in the areas of land & minerals management, planning applications, project management, valuation, rating, negotiation of commercial agreements.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level; MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred. Good IT & numeracy skills are required along with a high standard of written English. Current valid driving licence is required as projects are undertaken throughout the UK. The ability to manage and develop staff essential. Candidates should ideally have a mimimum of 2 + years post APC experience. Would suit a person interested in dealing with environmental based projects, ideally with experience in the areas of planning, minerals, rural practice etc.

Town Planners
Location: Lincoln, United Kingdom
Duties
Assist in the management and delivery of professional town and country planning services in the areas of residential, commercial, leisure, minerals and waste etc. Preparation of planning applications including Environmental Impact Assessments. Project management as necessary.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level; MRTPI or equivalent qualification preferred. Good IT & organisational skills are required along with a high standard of written English. Current valid driving licence is necessary as projects are undertaken throughout the UK. Candidates should have a minimum of 1- 3 years experience; a keen interest in the environment, and experience in preparing and submitting large planning applications desirable.
